Privacy policy

We collect what is needed to make and manage a booking: the guest's name, mobile number and, if given, email; for taxis also the pickup details.

These details go to the property or operator carrying out your booking, so they can serve you. We never sell personal data.

Online payments are handled by the payment gateway (Razorpay); 99Bookin does not see or store card numbers.

In your browser we keep your sign-in and recent details in local storage. If you arrive through a Channel Partner link, a referral marker is kept (up to 90 days) so the partner is credited for a paid booking.
