Advance

25% advance (minimum ₹2,000) confirms a tour package; balance is due 7 days before travel.

20% advance (minimum ₹500) confirms a cab; balance is paid to the driver at the end of the trip.

Tour package cancellation

• More than 30 days before travel: full refund minus ₹500 processing fee
• 15-30 days before travel: 75% refund
• 7-15 days before travel: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days / no-show: no refund

Taxi cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• Within 24 hours of pickup: advance is non-refundable

Cancel online from your booking page (reference + mobile number) until the day before travel, or before the cab pickup time. The refund under the policy above starts automatically.

Refunds reach the original payment method in 5-7 working days.
