99Bookin is a marketplace and software platform. A stay booking is a contract between you and the property. A tour or taxi booking is carried out by the approved operator assigned to it.

Prices: room prices are set by the property and shown before GST; checkout shows the GST and the total you pay. Tour package prices are per person with taxes included. Taxi fares follow 99Bookin's published rate card; tolls, parking and state entry tax are paid as actual.

Payment: for stays you pay online into the property's own payment account where the property offers it, or at the property. For tours and taxis an advance confirms the booking — see the travel policies.

Cancellation: every stay rate shows its cancellation terms before you confirm. Tour and taxi cancellations and refunds follow the travel policies.

Reviews: only guests with a booking can write a review — once per booking, after the stay or trip.
